I doubt I’ll ever get to the bottom of my
egg white stash. No matter how many things I find to do with them, I always have more uses of
egg yolks. Anyway, twice today I was able to use up some
egg whites, but then so I should as my
Rich Shortcrust
Pastry (Nigella’s recipe from How to Eat) used up yet another
