After making that Strawberry Rhubarb
Pie last week, I had some
dough left over, so I made these. I just pressed the
scraps into a ball of
dough, rolled it out into a rectangle (or something like a rectangle), brushed with some of the remaining egg wash (melted butter would work, too), and sprinkled a mixture of cinnamon and sugar over the
dough.
Then I rolled the
