You’re looking at 12/25/2007. Yep, Christmas day, 2007. Obviously some sort of roasted potatoes, served with my standard Cranberry Bourbon Glazed Ham. With the little bits of stuff clinging to them, I’m guessing that they were maybe a garlic herb roasted potato.
