You’re looking at August 19, 2008.   Let’s see, we’ve got 2 kinds of eggplant, some red peppers, some Anaheim peppers and garlic.  Looks lovely, and makes me yearn for summer. Obviously stir fried with some sort of ground meat (pork or chicken?) and served on some white rice.  Not very attractive or saucy.  (...)
