White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake by Food Gourmand

I need some tips from you. Every time I try to bake a cheesecake, it cracks. Even though I try to beat the cream cheese mixture at low speed to avoid a lot of air to go into it, it cracks. Even though I bake the cheesecake at low temperature in the oven, it cracks. Last night, I made a white chocolate blueberry cheesecake and I based my recipe on this one.
