Did everyone have a good Valentine’s Day? Hopefully you did! Nothing too exciting happened here… it was kind of a boring day. I made sugar cookies and chocolate covered strawberries for Ericcakes. I made up a sugar cookie and frosting recipe in my head. They’re just your basic sugar cookies. Good flavor… not as soft as I like my sugar cookies.
