I made these
biscuits for the holiday cookie exchange at my work last week, but I had lots of extra
biscuits, which I froze and enjoyed when I arrived back to New York last night. They’re delicious – not too sweet, and make an excellent delivery vehicle for your favorite
jam (I used a homemade
fig jam).
Well, the holiday season may be over, but these
biscuits are tasty anytime. Make them a little larger and eat them as a snack or for breakfast.
