Ingredients
200 g whole
wheat (
atta ) flour60 ml curd1 teaspoon sugar1/2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon oilOil for deep frying ( approximately 225 ml oil )Extra 1/4 cup water ( to make dough )
Method
Mix sugar, salt, oil and curd. Add
flour into it. Mix well and bind a soft dough. Add extra 1 - 2 tablespoon water if required.
Keep aside, covered for 4 -5 hours ( recommending to keep in a Tupperware container / box ) .
