After reading through The Bread Baker’s Apprentice: Mastering the Art of Extraordinary Bread by Peter Reinhart, I feel more confident about baking bread at home without getting scared about the result. It’s a wonderful book that explains all the basics of bread baking technique. It encouraged me to create my own favorite bread recipes, and this is one of them.
