I love jelly. Never grew out of it, and love to make ‘grown up’ jelly very much. I do also enjoy creating jelly based desserts for and with the children using flavoured jelly crystals as the base, so we always have an assortment on hand. So it was that today, we made two new desserts that the children could be mostly hands on with.
