Finally temperatures in Greece started dropping, and this gives me the chance to talk about comforting
raw food. I believe that a healthy diet should consist at least of 60%
raw food. In the summer it is really easy to do that, just by having 2-3 servings of cold smoothies per day and big salads. But in the
