How many of you use a Traditional Coconut Grater at home?? I find it easier to cut the coconut into pieces & grind in the mixer. That is because I never learnt how to do this right. But, the texture of the coconut flakes is different here & its more juicy & yummy somehow. So, whenever I need some fresh grated coconut, Shankar grates if for me.
