World Bread Day! Thousands of people are eating, baking, buying and celebrating one of the
world’s finest foods -
bread. Be it humble or fancy, there is nothing like a freshly baked loaf of homemade
bread. For this year’s loaf, I decided on Richard Bertinet’s
Seaweed Bread. It has a worldly flair to it and is flavoured like nothing I have made before.The
seaweed isn’t a prominent flavour, it tastes more like the sea itself. This
