It’s
day four of
Yoghurt Week.
After my first post, Helen from Fuss Free Flavours suggested I use some
yoghurt, frozen banana and berries to make a smoothie. I thought it was a great idea, so here is my fruit bowl smoothie. More fridge and freezer smoothie really as the bananas were in the freezer and the strawberries and cherries were in the fridge, but you get the idea, don’t you? Any fruit would do.
