Phew, we have been so busy this week with packing and cleaning. We’re moving into a new apartment on Saturday. Since I haven’t been able to do some hardcore cooking this week, I’ve only been able to whip  up simple meals such as sandwiches, salads, etc. During this time we haven’t had much food in the house.
