The basis for any great zucchini bread canape is of course the zucchini bread, and this is my very favorite zucchini bread recipe, adapted from my grandmother’s recipe.  It is moist, wonderfully crunchy when toasted, and can take a trip to the freezer easily.  I think people tend to go to zucchini bread when the zucchini plants in the garden are overwhelming them, but this quick bread is absolutely worth it any time you have fresh zucchini.  With some cream cheese and slices of fresh (...)
